At the Lunchbox Event, volunteers pack lunchboxes filled with packaged foods to donate to the Refuge, a youth centre in Oshawa. Through this event, the Council aims to help provide nutritious meals to youth experiencing homelessness.

• Time: 4:00-5:30 PM 

• Location: Meeting rooms 2 and 3 at the Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex

• Volunteers: High school students can gain volunteer hours if they bring in volunteer forms 

• Items: Volunteers can bring items from a select list, they must be prepackaged brand name items
